Receipt Tracker allows your POS systems to send receipts direct to customer's mobile phones without having to ask for an email address. In today's digital world, we understand that customer data is key, so every time you send a receipt using Receipt Tracker, we give you more data than you have handled before on the customer. We share with you their email address, d.o.b, gender, location and even interests and hobbies.
Receipt Tracker is not only an app that allows you to send receipts, but also an app that allows you to send offers out and attract customers to sign up to any loyalty schemes that you may have. Offers can be posted out not only to existing customers but also to customers that may have never used your stores in the past. These offers can be sent out to customers dependant on their age, gender, location and interests.
There is also a loyalty section within the app that allows customers to link any loyalty cards to their Receipt Tracker account. This means that if the receipt is sent using the app then their loyalty card will automatically get updated, saving the need for multiple scans. This can also help recognise customers that don’t currently have loyalty cards, and notify them on what they could have saved if they had one. We can then direct them to sign up.
On each and every receipt, the customer has the option to rate their shopping experience. This information is shared with the retailer only and can help develop your stores image.
With every single offer that you post through the app, you have the option of allowing customers to share on social media and via emails. Each offer can be tailored to suit your needs. For example you may not want personal offers to be shared, but you may wish general weekly offers to be, this is possible and each offer can have their own individual settings.
The digital receipt stored on customer's phones is a live receipt and can be used to exchange goods. If this is done, the item will be highlighted on the receipt. We can also share with you the customer's details when they’re exchanging/returning items.
